I just wanted to write and say thank you for getting my vehicle back on the road! I was unfortunate enough to break down en-route to work and arranged to get the AA to take my vehicle to the Chrysler main dealer who I thought would be best placed to repair what turned out to be a faulty alternator. However after getting a quotation, I mentioned to my boss, Neil Bedford, who suggested I give you a call. Not only did you guys recover my vehicle for the Chrysler dealer’s premises, you then got the job done and came to pick me up when the new alternator had been fitted. So your service gets thumbs up! Then best of all is the fact the cost was over £100 less expensive then I had been quoted at the main dealer (even with recovering the vehicles) and the parts supplied are covered by a 3 year warranty (whereas Chrysler parts are just 1 year). I am one happy customer and would recommend FRM without hesitation.
